How do you determine the value of my land?

There are a lot of different factors when it comes to getting an accurate value for your land. We look into comparable properties that have sold recently and use data that Sandoval County makes publically available about the property. Generally the condition of the roads and access too utilties will play a large role as well.
Why should I sell my land to you?

When selling your land to us we buy it as-is. Often in these areas the roads are not maintained and there are often dumping sites nearby. When selling to a traditional buyer there may be requirments to improve the lot, in addition to paying for a survey, title insurance, escrow and other closing costs.
What if I don't know where my Deed is?

This is usually not an issue. Our team can use the County offices to acquire most of the documents needed to draft a new deed. We may occasionally require more documents, but there won't be much effort required on your end.
Will you pay back taxes?

If we can make a deal work we will work with you to pay your back taxes off and make sure you still walk away with cash in your pocket.
